Skaza Devotes Great Attention to Education

The foundations of Skaza go back to 1977, when the company started its story with 2 machines and 2 employees. Until now it has been growing slowly but constantly and today the company employs almost 300 people. The development-focused company which makes products from plastics, has been successfully cooperating with some of the leading producers in the fields of household appliances, automotive, electrical, and furniture industries such as Ikea, Toshiba, Landis+Gyr, Gorenje and others for many years. Over 90% of their products are exported to foreign markets. The highest recommendation for the company is the fact that in all these years none of their customers has gone elsewhere.

The company is gradually changing from a production to a marketing company and that is why in May they launched a new corporate trademark Skaza, which replaces the trademark Plastika Skaza. The goal of the renovated trademark is to position the company among the leading European companies in the plastics industry. The slogan »Smart plastic« reflects the fact that they are an innovative company with a smart team.

In addition to development, they constantly invest in new knowledge that can bring positive effects for the operation of the company, and that is why special attention is devoted to the training of new employees. Last month their employees took part in the »Skaza Academy« programme. One group gained knowledge in the field of management, while others brushed up on their knowledge of sales. Skaza truly believes in improvement and that is why they invest in individuals, thus enabling them to grow together. »Every day that we don’t learn something new is a lost day,« they believe.
