Plastika Skaza Challenges Students Gea College
A paid one-year internship and work in an innovative family company with a 39-year tradition and one-year mentorship from the company management are only two of the prizes for those students of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship who best meet the challenge presented by Plastika Skaza.
This involves a four-month cooperation which enables the students of undergraduate studies a number of career opportunities, among others also the possibility of employment immediately after graduation and the chance to gain practical experience and excellent references. They will compete in four challenges for which they will have to find the best possible solution. They can choose between generating an idea for a new product, preparation of market analysis for a product, designing a business model, or performing consumer behaviour analysis.
»We want to encourage students to think outside the box. Their boldness, enthusiasm, and open attitude can take our company to an even higher level and away from production and closer to development and sales direction,« said Plastika Skaza’s CEO Tanja Skaza at the presentation of the student challenges.
There is an increasing number of entrepreneurs who realise the importance of the flow of knowledge between industry and education. The cooperation between Plastika Skaza and Gea College, a company and an educational facility, is an example of best practice which enables young people better employment possibilities and above all, learning from the best.
